To run this event, Inverness Rowing Club has a Legitimate Interest in collecting the following
information from competitors:

• Name, Club, Date of Birth (for Juniors & Masters entries), Racing Licence (number and
  racing status)
• Photographs & video of crews at start and finish for the purpose of checking the results of
  the timing system.

This information may be shared with Scottish Rowing (to maintain compliance with the Rules of Racing) and other club officials (to resolve any dispute about crew eligibility or race results).

Inverness  Rowing Club will publish the stroke names, event entered, club and Masters status plus time over the course for each crew on its website to advise the running order and results.

With the exception of the information on the running order and results, all data received will be
deleted or securely destroyed 1 month after the event.

The running order and results will continue to be available on our website for several years (no date has been set for its removal).

Please contact us if you wish a crew to be redacted from the publication of the results.

This event will take place in a public space. People may take and share photographs during the
weekend. With the exception of the photographs and video we collect for processing the results, such activity is undertaken on a personal basis and Inverness Rowing Club can take no responsibility for the collection or use of such personal information.
